1. How to calculate shipping costs for orders with multiple items from the same category?

If you order 3 t-shirts going to USA, and choose to use the [Standard] shipping type, then the shipping cost will be calculated as follow: $8 + ($4 * 2)= $16

2. How to calculate shipping costs for orders with multiple items from different categories that ship together?

We will use the highest shipping cost in the [First item] column as the base, and then for the rest items, add that product category’s [Additional item] price. If you order 1 t-shirt and 2 hoodies going to Canada, and choose to use the [Standard] shipping type, then the shipping cost will be calculated as follow: $9.99 + $2.70 + $7.60 = $20.29
